Todd and Southern Tier are GREAT to say the least. My books are a tad overwhelming due to the number of properties they keep track of for me. They have never had an issue with understanding what I need and what my goals are. They have pointed out possible issues for me that they have seen with numbers at times. Any questions that I have on my end have been responded to very quickly and with answers that were easy to understand. I highly recommend their services.

Todd is a total professional. My reports are ready at the beginning of every month. Nothing is late. Things get done when they're supposed to get done. He is always helpful with any question I might have. I had a horrible experience with my previous accountant/bookkeeper and Todd was able to help me get everything in order and caught back up. It is a HUGE relief to know that my accounts are in order every month.
